The exact boarding time will be notified 24 hours before departure to users who make a reservation. The procession usually takes place in the afternoon. Tickets can be purchased directly on the boat.

· Payments on the boat are cash only. Tickets can be purchased directly on board starting 2 weeks before the event.
· The excursion may be modified or canceled due to weather conditions, as determined by the Mazarrón festivities committee. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
· Passengers must arrive at the boarding location at the time notified by the crew. Boarding is done in order of arrival unless otherwise indicated.
